This place is unbelievable, total scam. We purchased a strong last year , it stayed on all the time, the heater never turned off and I was informed by shatner the manager that this was normal. Finally I realized it was not, It took weeks to get the part and the communication with Amy was not customer friendly, they are extremely confrontational. The spa is stuck in celsius and that was never rectified during the repair. Now the speakers are not working and Amy has informed us they are not covered. We were told the spa was covered for 7 years. Stay away from this place.
I am posting a review, to inform potential buyers to stay away. They are crooks and do not stand buy their products. Make sure you get warranty in writing, We will bring this to state officials, we have been burned in the past and those places are not in business anymore. Here we come.

Amy was very kind, patient and prompt with her responses. Todd (the owner) is very knowledgeable. He and his staff performed the job very promptly (within 2 days) and the pool has been running great since. We are very happy with the service provided. They offer very competitive prices.
